If you have spent any time looking around Denham Oaks you know that we have a very active PTA.  We love our school and are committed to making it a great place for every student! Our primary goal is to serve and support the students, teachers and administration in every way possible. Below is just a small sampling of the services and support we provide.

Special Events: The PTA works hard to provide fun events and activities for our students and their families. We host movie nights, kickball games and more. All of these events are offered by the PTA at little or no cost to Denham Oaks families. 

Hospitality Events: The PTA coordinates several annual hospitality events for our wonderful teachers and staff. We provide a Welcome Back Breakfast at the beginning of the school year, as well as luncheons and other festivities during Teacher Appreciation and Administrative Professional Weeks.

Teacher Grants: Because our dedicated teachers often spend substantial amounts of their own money to purchase educational supplies for their classrooms and students, the PTA will reimburse each teacher up to $100 of those out-of-pocket expenditures this year.

Major Projects:  As the school identifies the need for large projects such as playground renovation or technology, the PTA provides funds, supplies or services to make those projects a reality.

Educational Programming: The PTA also provides fun, educational programming for students, inviting organizations on to campus such as MOSI and Giving Tree Drum Circle
